NC State A Cappella is excited to announce our annual auditions for the 2019 fall semester! Come out and audition for the chance to be in one of the four ACA-AMAZING (sorry, had to do it) groups here on-campus!

The Grains of Time (NC State's all-male group), Ladies in Red (NC State's all-female group), and Acappology and Wolfgang (NC State's two co-ed groups) are all eager to add some new talent to their rosters this fall!

What should you expect?

On Saturday, September 7th, stop by open auditions in Talley Student Union anytime between 11 A.M and 5 P.M. We will have a table for sign-in on the 3rd floor outside of the 1887 Bistro! All you need to do is come prepared with a verse and chorus of a song of your choice to sing for us! We suggest popular songs that everyone would know but whatever you think suits your voice best - go for it! You should expect your audition process to last about 20-30 minutes (but it may take longer if you're auditioning at a popular time).

You will also be tested on your vocal range and pitch matching abilities - don't worry, this is nothing to stress over!

After your Saturday audition you may be asked to come to callback auditions on Sunday, which will be scheduled throughout the day until 4:00 P.M.

As long as you are an NC State student, you are eligible to audition!! We have singers from all walks of life, musical experience and musical styles so you have 0 excuse to not audition!! We can't wait to see and hear everyone!
