All Music Showcase
Join Wolfgang at the All Music Showcase, a celebration of music student organizations available to you at NC State! This is a great chance to join NCSU’s vibrant music community, hear Wolfgang perform live, and chat with members of the group.
The Department of Performing Arts and Technology and All Music People are running this event at Stafford Commons from 6:00-9:00pm on Wednesday, August 28th. Set time TBD. We would love to catch you there!

Packapalooza
Come watch Wolfgang perform at Packapalooza, NC State’s spectacular Hillsborough Street block party to kick off the beginning of the new school year. If you are interested in joining Wolfgang or simply an enjoyer of music, come say hi to us at our table from 2:00-6:00pm in the Arts Zone located between Starbucks and D.H. Hill Library. And don’t miss our performance at the Arts Zone stage from 5:10-5:20pm!

Auditions: Virtual and In-person
Love to sing? Interested in getting involved on campus? Want to meet a life-long group of friends? Virtual auditions for NC State a cappella groups are now open!
Our official auditions are on September 7th in Witherspoon Student Center Room 126 with drop-in hours between 10am-4pm. During your audition, we will work through range testing and pitch matching. Following that, you will sing a verse and chorus to a well-known song that showcases your vocal strengths. Can’t make it in person? Our virtual auditions are open now until August 30th at midnight. Click this link to submit your audition. Callbacks are in-person on September 8th.

Fall Auditions 2019
NC State A Cappella is excited to announce our annual auditions for the 2019 fall semester! Come out and audition for the chance to be in one of the four ACA-AMAZING (sorry, had to do it) groups here on-campus!
The Grains of Time (NC State's all-male group), Ladies in Red (NC State's all-female group), and Acappology and Wolfgang (NC State's two co-ed groups) are all eager to add some new talent to their rosters this fall!
What should you expect?
On Saturday, September 7th, stop by open auditions in Talley Student Union anytime between 11 A.M and 5 P.M. We will have a table for sign-in on the 3rd floor outside of the 1887 Bistro! All you need to do is come prepared with a verse and chorus of a song of your choice to sing for us! We suggest popular songs that everyone would know but whatever you think suits your voice best - go for it! You should expect your audition process to last about 20-30 minutes (but it may take longer if you're auditioning at a popular time).
You will also be tested on your vocal range and pitch matching abilities - don't worry, this is nothing to stress over!
After your Saturday audition you may be asked to come to callback auditions on Sunday, which will be scheduled throughout the day until 4:00 P.M.
As long as you are an NC State student, you are eligible to audition!! We have singers from all walks of life, musical experience and musical styles so you have 0 excuse to not audition!! We can't wait to see and hear everyone!
